Finding balance
To me, the key to success in all areas of life is finding the right balance. So I try to apply that philosophy to all the fitness and weight loss programmes I devise. That way, I can be sure we've set realistic targets and that my clients can achieve their goals in a healthy and sustainable way.

I'm just like you. I'm a working woman with a demanding job, a demanding family and a demanding lifestyle.

We all live our lives at a million miles an hour. We are pushed to the limits to deliver our work assignments to deadline and then race round the supermarket on our way home to our families who demand to be fed, entertained and nurtured, often all at the same time.

Our busy lives are enormously stressful. Just how do we juggle all those demands on our time and energy without damaging our health, our sanity and our relationships?

Through more than 15 years in the fitness industry, I've found the answer.

The key is balance.

Balance in all areas of our lives, so that our three core elements of body, mind and spirit work together to produce an harmonious whole. We make time for ourselves to get fit and stay healthy. We learn to manage stress through exercise and to find perspective in the demands others press upon us. We share our knowledge of healthy living with our families, so they benefit directly, too. And we become balanced people, accepting of our small imperfections but supremely confident in our strengths and achievements.

I work with many different kinds of people and they all have different goals. They may want to lose weight, run a marathon, improve their energy levels or find ways to enhance their lives through adopting a healthy lifestyle. Over the years, I have learned that you cannot apply a universal solution. Each of us is an individual, requiring different kinds and levels of motivation to help us reach the place we want to be.

My long career in the fitness industry has given me a broad range of qualifications, depth of knowledge and hands-on experience at all levels across the health, fitness and lifestyle spectrum. My clients tap into these resources continually as we work together to achieve their goals.

And I share for free my formula for balance: the key to total synergy of body, mind and soul.
