This is not a starvation Bootcamp - the food is going to be amazing! Not only will there be healthy snacks all day, meals are going to be devised by 'nutritionist to the stars' Jeannette Jackson and cooked by Lynne's local chef. The house, part of a 17th century monastery, is nestled among ancient Moorish terraces olive trees, lemon and orange groves with spectacular views over the Mediterranean sea and the Tramuntana mountain range. Water to the house is supplied directly from their own mountain spring! The house itself is extremely homely filled with little nooks and crannies, perfect for curling up with a book or for a spot of meditation.
8.00am: Gentle Yoga Pilates based class
10.00am: Mountain or Beach Walk (will include on the go 'Stretch and Loose' exercises)
Afternoon - Free time / Massage / One to One PT session with Sarah (according to personal schedule)
Half hour pre-dinner Meditation Session with Lynne Franks
7.00: Fabulous healthy dinner
8.00 onwards Free time.
